This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is made at Vadodara on this 18th of  February, 2008 by and between:-

DANKE ELECTRICALS LTD., GIDC, VAGHODIYA,VADODARA.

Danke had its humble beginning, in year 1978, as a single product manufacturing company. The company since its beginning has only been focused on the Power Sector. With a vision to have a face as a One Stop Shop for the Power Industry, it has transformed itself to a diversified products manufacturing and Power Projects Group of Companies. With present business divisions consisting of Transformers, Switchgear, Sales & Service and Turnkey Projects, Danke Group intends to keep contributing to the new growth direction that the Power Sector is moving towards.

 A Company’s registered office at 6, Avishkar Complex, Old Padra Road, Vadodara (Gujarat) represented through its Authorized Representative, Mr. Amit  N. Patel, Managing Director of the FIRST PART;

AND

ITI, a Industrial Training Institute, affiliated with Director General of Training Govt. of India, having its training institute at Naswadi, Vadodara (Gujarat), hereinafter referred as ‘INSTITUTE’ (which expression shall unless repugnant to the contest of means and includes its successor, representatives, agents, administrators and assignees) represented through its Authorized Representative, Mr. Kundanlal Parsottamdas Shah (Principal) of the OTHER PART;.

Both the parties have discussed in details and mutually agreed to make this Memorandum of Understanding. Now this memorandum of understandin witness and it is hereby agreed by and between the parties.
